licence<\/em>&nbsp;legal guide, produced in partnership with the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/prisonreformtrust.org.uk\/about\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Prison Reform Trust,<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/howardleague.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Howard League for Penal Reform<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/associationofprisonlawyers.co.uk\/ctshowcase-team-member\/laura-janes-kc-hons\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dr Laura Janes, Consultant Solicitor and Chair of the
