focus the recent report,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.websitebuilder.service.justice.gov.uk\/uploads\/sites\/32\/2026\/02\/Academic-Insights-Kent-and-Gilmour.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Acquired&nbsp;Brain Injury: An Invisible Consequence of Domestic Abuse for Women in The Justice&nbsp;System.<\/a>&nbsp;Report authors,&nbsp;Dr Hope Kent&nbsp;and&nbsp;Professor Stan Gilmour, will be joined by&nbsp;Dr Annmarie Burns, Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist working with brain injury charity,&nbsp;Brainkind,&nbsp;to discuss the impact of ABI across the female prison estate:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u2018&#8230; almost all women in contact with the justice system have experienced domestic abuse, and Acquired Brain Injury is a significant consequence \u2013 affecting the majority of justice-involved women &#8230;\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refreshments will be&nbsp;served before and after the
