represents prisoners, taking end-to-end legal action against prisons on behalf of some 80 prisoners every year, where individual cases warrant this.\u00a0 In doing so, we ensure that prisons in England and Wales are made aware that they cannot get away with abusing, or ignoring, prisoners\u2019 rights, and we influence prison policy in the longer term.\u00a0 Over the last five years, 2020 to 2025, PAS has successfully represented prisoners against 80 prisons across England and Wales, forcing them to acknowledge the rights of inmates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please Note:<\/strong><br><strong>PAS is unable to advise on any matter which another solicitor is already dealing with.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If a prisoner has an active case with PAS, we can
